- Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a guarantee of specific results.
Service Policy
Scheduling
- All services are scheduled by appointment only.
- Availability is first-come, first-served and may vary depending on weather conditions.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
- I accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, etc.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full cost of service.
Service Limitations
- I will always do my best to provide excellent results, but please understand that heavily stained, damaged, or deteriorated surfaces may not fully restore even after pressure washing.
- For safety reasons, I cannot perform services on surfaces that are unsafe, structurally unstable, or inaccessible.
